Billy Joe Qualls

Billy Joe Qualls, 81, of Westminster, California, died of natural causes on January 4, 2020 at his home. Billy lived in Lakewood for about 8 years prior to moving to Westminster where he has resided for over 50 years. He was born April 1, 1938 in Mammoth Springs, AR, son of Elmo Qualls and Irene Ledbetter-Qualls. Billy was a business owner and co-founder of Q & E Inc from 1971 to about 2008. Prior to that he was a machine shop supervisor of North American Autonetics. Surviving are his children, Vance Qualls, Jeffery Qualls, Curtis Qualls, Laura Qualls; step-children, Robert Gooch, Dale Gooch and Wendy Gooch; his sister Lilly Rose; 4 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. Billy was preceded in death by his wife Carol A.E.
